My business and my life are about bringing people closer together through the Art of Appreciation. And in keeping with my philosophy, I have to express my appreciation for the process my Profit Accountant, Rick Dopuch, recently took me through.
Rick was very skilled at getting to the “real reasons” why my business numbers are what they are. Armed with a whiteboard and marker, he helped pull from me the answers I couldn’t find on my own. After much discussion, he then painted a new picture for how much more profitable the business could be…with targeted change. Of course!
I am now moving away from the mindset of “producer” to entrepreneur and leader. What I appreciate most is that I walked out of our meetings with renewed insight, a better understanding of what business I’m really in, and an action plan for how I will increase profit.
