A Profit Accountant will initially take you through a 12 week profit development plan that will set into motion an increase of your profit potential. You will determine how successful you will be, much depends on your willingness to work on your business.
Our development plan is designed to help business owners get more from their business than just another day of work. Our process is designed for established business owners that have experienced a certain amount of success.
By being in business at least three years, having at least one worker besides yourself, and annual sales more than $100,000 we know there’s something special about you and the way you do business. Yet, as many business owners do become more successful, typically there’s a point where it becomes increasingly difficult to move ahead. We call this the “Producer Plateau” which can happen at $100,000 in yearly sales and even at $10,000,000 in yearly sales.
Moving past plateaus and becoming more profitable requires guided efforts to question where you are, where you want to be, and to rethink what needs to be done to get there. Encouragement is needed for being creative to break through obstacles, whether these stem from the economy, industry-related difficulty, individual circumstances or habits. Accountability is very helpful to keep you on track – a truly objective view about your business and your progress from someone who understands you and your business.
